We've successfully staged homes all throughout South Louisiana and can help you too! We will work within your budget to get the results you need to help sell your home, whether you prefer to do it yourself, or want us to handle it all. We offer several options to meet your needs:
Free Estimate for Home Staging
We will provide a free estimate for doing the actual staging. Since every home is different in size and condition, we will need to see the property – this usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. We evaluate curb appeal from the street - look at the front, side, and back yards to determine any changes that need to be made. Then we tour each room inside, including all storage areas, and garage, in order to come up with an estimate based on the staging work that will be needed, and the furniture/accessories and art we will bring in and arrange. If you decide to go ahead with the staging, we will provide complete recommendations on any repairs or cosmetic changes (painting, removing wallpaper), removing furniture or excess items, cleaning, making any updates, etc. that need to be done before staging day.
Consultation
We will advise you on the changes that need to be made to get your home in it best selling condition and provide you with a full written report/checklist. This will include: what and how to de-clutter, including bookshelves, media cabinets, closets, laundry areas; specific cleaning issues; painting and color choices; furniture re-arranging or removal; what needs to be neutralized, de-personalized, and updated to help your home sell; and recommendations on any new items you might need to purchase or rent to make your property more competitive. Clients will be provided a written report of 5-10 pages prioritizing everything that needs to be done, from exterior curb appeal to a room-by-room description of any improvements that need to be made.
Rearrange
We will transform the property working only with the sellers existing furniture, art and accessories to achieve the best sales impact possible.
Enhance
Includes all of the above, plus Staged 2 Sell adds decorative accessories and/or furniture to create the desired effect.
Vacant Furnish
Complete furnishing and accenting the architectural features of a seller's vacant property.
Model
Plan, design, furnish and accent a developer/builder's model unit.
